Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Time

Processing time: Orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days (weekends/holidays will be delayed).

Shipping method: Default international courier DHL or FedEx (express upgrade available).

2. Shipping Coverage

Service areas: Major countries including North America, EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

Customs duties: Some countries may incur customs duties, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

3. Delivery and Receipt
Please inspect the package upon delivery! If the outer packaging is damaged, refuse delivery and take photos for evidence.
If you authorize someone else to sign, it is considered accepted. Any later issues must be proven with an unboxing video.

Special Note

Return address: Different countries require returns to designated warehouses (provided after customer service confirmation).

Refund time: Refunds to credit card/PayPal typically take 3-15 business days.

Promotional items: Special policies may apply to promotional products.
