Return & Exchange Policy

Applicable Conditions

1.14-Day Worry-Free Return & Exchange: You can apply for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Condition Requirements:
Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging (including all accessories and gifts).
Order number or electronic invoice must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items
❌ Activated software or digital products (e.g., system activation codes).
❌ Customized items (engraved or specially configured products).
❌ Items damaged by human factors (water damage, drops, scratches, etc.).

3. Quality Issues

30-Day Warranty: If performance faults occur, please contact customer service to apply for a return or exchange.

Inspection Requirement: Must provide an official authorized institution’s inspection report (proving no human damage).

Shipping Costs: If quality issue is confirmed, we will bear the return shipping cost.

4. Return & Exchange Process

Submit an application: Log in to your account and apply in the "Order Center" or email annawork132545@gmail.com.

Review of materials: Provide photos/videos showing the product issue (response within 48 hours).

Return the product: Send back via DHL/UPS or other traceable logistics (keep tracking number).

Refund processing: Refund will be made via the original payment method within 5 business days after receiving the returned goods.
